Most of our apps utilize iCloud or Google Drive for automatic syncing. Ensure you are signed into the same account on all your devices and that cloud syncing is enabled in the app settings. Your data is encrypted end-to-end for your privacy and security.

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple and Google. You can request a refund directly through your App Store or Google Play account purchase history. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee—if you're not happy with our app, reach out to us at support@ainstudio.dev.

We build our core experiences to work offline whenever possible. However, features like cloud sync, AI processing, and real-time updates require an active internet connection. All offline functionality is fully available without any limitations.
